Recent Project: LAND OF DELIGHT

(BBE) And you will be named happy by all nations: for you will be a land of
delight, says the Lord of armies.
This mission believes in tithes and offerings. We tithe out of all our income
and make sacrificial seeds into other ministries here. So we believe God makes
us a LAND OF DELIGHT.
God helped us to buy land of 73 cents (3/4th of an acre) in the outskirts of
Madurai near airport. We are now in the project of building a CHURCH WHICH WILL
BE A LIGHTHOUSE TO THE PEOPLE OF THIS TEMPLE CITY. We targeted to finish it
before the end of July.
Building Details:
Total building area 11,500 sqft which includes main sanctuary area of 4,500sqft.
Besides, a store room, Pastor's office, a recording room, a kitchen and a room for the
man in charge, guest rooms to stay, toilets, security room etc.
Land and Building construction were approved by the Corporation of Madurai City.
Budget:
Rs.90,00,000 for Construction, wiring, wood work, plumbing and etc. (aprox. USD 2,30,000)
Rs.5,00,000 for water, electricity and layout pass and etc. (aprox. USD 12,600)
